Call Recording
All inbound and outbound virtual calls are recorded and saved in secure UK based GDPR compliant cloud storage. Calls are stored up to 30 days for those on our Virtually Business package and up to 7 years for customers on the Virtually Unlimited package
Outbound Calling
Outbound calls will show your virtual landline number(s). Calls can be recorded and will appear within your call history on the VL portal.
Greetings
Calls to your virtual landline can now be automatically greeted. Personalised greetings can improve caller first impressions and is a great way to combat spam calls. Upload your own or choose from one of our professionally recorded greetings.
Call Distribution
Call distribution is super easy to configure using the My Virtually Local number management portal. You can route your calls to single or multiple destinations in sequence or simultaneously within your business or organisation.
Time-Of-Day routing
Life does exist outside of work! Cleverly route calls to a destination of your choice based on the time of day. Need to leave work at 3pm to collect the children? No problem, easily create a rule to forward any calls made after 3pm straight to your mobile, voicemail or someone else.
Voicemail to Email
Virtually Local will send all your voicemails to an email address of your choice. It’s a great way to keep track of the calls you need to return. Voicemail recordings are sent in a format compatible with all desktop computers, tablets and mobile devices.
My VL Portal
My Virtually Local is our comprehensive virtual landline number management system. You can easily view key call statistics, set up personalised greetings, configure advanced call routing, listen to call recordings, voicemails and manage electronic invoices.
Call Statistics
The My Virtually Local number management portal enables to view key call statistics including, number of calls made, calls received, numbers allocated and account balance. Date range filters can be applied providing further call insights.
