What is Call History?
Imagine a more advanced version of the "Recent Calls" screen from your mobile phone where you can see all calls from all time at a glance. This is what the Virtually Local Call History page allows you to do. You can see calls that were made and received by any of your virtual numbers, regardless of who answered them, all on the same page. It is fully searchable and sortable by date and time.
This is also where you can download the call's recording if enabled and see important information about the call such as duration and who it was answered by.
You can use the Call History page for more advanced call analysis too. It will help you establish better metrics on how your business is performing with relation to call answer times and how efficiently your team members are dealing with customer calls.
