What is the contract length?
There is no minimum contract length. If your Virtual Phone Number becomes inactive for a period of six months then its ownership will transfer back to Virtually Local for re-sale.
I have an existing number, can I use it with your service?
Yes, in most cases it is possible to "port" your number across to our network. We have a dedicated team of people that will make this as easy as possible for you, but we will need you to sign an industry standard Letter of Authority
What happens if I exceed my bundled minutes?
If you exceed your bundled minutes we will notify you that this has happened. In order to keep your number in service we charge a small pence per minute rate which is deducted at the end of each call from your account balance.
Do my callers know they are being diverted?
No. Calls are seamlessly routed to their destination number and the caller does not know they are being diverted to either a single number, or round a hunt group.
How many virtual numbers can I have?
You can have as many as you want. Some customers have just one, whilst some customers want to advertise in areas where they have no physical presence and so have a number in each area.
